The City of Cumming is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for asphalt resurfacing of Pilgrim Mill Road, located in Cumming, GA 30040. Proposals should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed container marked on the outside with LMIG at Pilgrim Mill Road, and City of Cumming. Proposals will be received until 4:00 PM ET on May 27th, 2026 at Cumming City Hall third floor receptionist desk. Any Proposal received after this date and time will not be accepted.
