Tiruchinapalli Maheshwar and Sudha Krishnaswami NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF FORSYTH By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Subject Mortgage from Tiruchinapalli Maheshwar and Sudha Krishnaswami to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR KIND LENDING, LLC, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, dated March 7, 2025 and recorded on March 14, 2025 in Deed Book 11483, Page 365, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Forsyth County, Georgia, said Subject Mortgage having been given to secure a Note of even date, in the original principal amount of Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and 00/100 dollars ($920,250.00) with interest thereon as provided therein, as last assigned to US Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Delaware trustee for GS Mortgage-Backed Securities Trust 2025-NQM4, will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Forsyth County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July, 2026, all property described in said Subject Mortgage including but not limited to the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 425 of the 1st District, 1st Section, Forsyth County, Georgia, being Lot 295, St. Mario Country Club Subdivision, POD Eleven, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 40, Pages 142-143, Forsyth County, Georgia records, which plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan.
