Yashica Berry NOTICE OF SALE GEORGIA, FORSYTH COUNTY. By virtue of a power of sale contained in that certain Security Deed from YASHICA BERRY to RENASANT BANK dated July 19, 2018, recorded in Deed Book 8631, Page 357, et seq., Forsyth County Deed Records, said Security Deed having originally been given to secure that certain Multistate Adjustable Rate Note in the original principal amount of EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and 00/100 DOLLARS ($883,500.00) of even date therewith, as well as all extensions, renewals and modifications thereof, together with any and all other indebtedness, of any type or description, then or thereafter owing by YASHICA BERRY to RENASANT BANK, there will be sold by the undersigned, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, before the courthouse door at Cumming, Forsyth County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2024, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 471 of the 1st District, 1st Section, Forsyth County, Georgia, and being Lot 531, St. Marlo Country Club Subdivision, Pod 18, Phase One, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 70, Page 30-33, Forsyth County Records, which plat is hereby referred to and made a part hereof by reference.
